We will never: ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or wire transfer to a personal account; charge a “holding fee” or “release fee” before pickup; quote significantly below market to win the booking; refuse to share the carrier name and MC number; email you from a free domain; or pressure you to pay before a contract and bill of lading exist.
