Built Because Freight Stopped Showing Its Work
Colivelo Shipping started with a simple frustration: shippers were paying for freight they could not see. Quotes arrived with fine print, tracking went quiet for weeks, and when something went wrong, the claims process was a phone number that never answered. We built Colivelo to be the opposite — a forwarder where the evidence is the product.
Today we operate as an FMC-licensed NVOCC from three hubs — Elizabeth, Rotterdam and Hamburg — moving US domestic and transatlantic freight with a published operating standard: nine GPS scans per shipment, all-risk insurance included in every rate, a signed and photographed proof of delivery at every door, and a 24-hour claim review SLA in writing.
We are not the biggest forwarder on the ocean. We are the one that can show you, scan by scan and document by document, exactly what happened to your cargo — and who is accountable when it matters.
